Personal Brand
Identity, content strategy and website for my personal brand.
For my degree thesis I dove into personal branding for artists: why it matters, and how to build a whole visual world, across every touchpoint, that captures who someone is. After the research, I put it into practice and created a personal brand for myself, as an aspiring illustrator.
It started with research into how independent illustrators build an audience. Once I understood where I stood, who I wanted to reach and how to show up online in a way that felt natural, I turned it into a full system: a visual identity, a content strategy for Instagram, and this website.

The moodboard was built with references leaning towards editorial typefaces and layouts, handmade and tactile details, everyday photos and, of course, illustration.

A romantic, hand-drawn identity with elegant flourishes. A full logo system with alternative versions ready for packaging and future applications.
The dragonfly also works on its own as the main logo symbol, and together with small hand-drawn ornaments it becomes a pattern for posts, possible packaging and the website.
Burgundy and olive are the main colors, with dark brown and cream as a base. Dusty rose, light olive and butter yellow are for small details, so the palette feels rich but grounded.
A mix of serif and sans serif to create a clear hierarchy: ZT Bros Oskon for titles, Aston Script for accents, EB Garamond for body text and Montserrat for small details.

The social media strategy focuses on showing the creative world being built: the designs and drawings, the process and inspiration behind them, and what I learn along the way. Every post fits into one of four pillars, so there’s variety but the feed still looks consistent.
Three posts a week, planned a month in advance. Consistency matters more than volume. Reels bring new people in, carousels build connection, single images show finished pieces, and stories cover the day-to-day.

Content pillars
Process
Drawing or painting process, sketches and materials. Showing the behind the scenes and the value behind each piece.
Finished work
Finished pieces.
Inspiration
Curiosities, books, color combinations, museums, architecture, small everyday details… Things I notice that inspire me or that I find visually appealing.
Everyday
My desk, a café, a walk around the city. A look into the ordinary day, without making it too personal.
The site you’re on is built on the same identity; together with the content strategy, it makes a complete, launch-ready brand, with every touchpoint communicating cohesively.
